All exterior paint is removed before damaged concrete is restored. The exterior of the building is then waterproofed with elastomeric and a top coat of 100% acrylic is applied to ensure easy cleaning. Our scope of work also includes removing and replacing all window caulk, as well as resurfacing the pool deck.
