Four Paddle Condominium.

  • All 150,000 square feet of exterior architectural stucco was removed with pneumatic chisels
  • Vertical sheer wall surfaces were leveled with polymer modified concrete
  • Damaged concrete was restored
  • All exterior surfaces were waterproofed
  • All exterior caulking was removed and replaced
  • Swimming pool was restored and Quartzite was installed around pool
