Joe Miller is the President and CEO of Seal Masters of Hawaii and its affiliated companies, including Elite Construction Services—a role that reflects nearly three decades of commitment to the organization. Joe joined Seal Masters in 1996 as a field technician and advanced through roles including Supervisor, Project Manager, Business Development Executive, and Vice President. His hands-on experience and deep involvement in every facet of operations ultimately led him to helm the companies. With multiple contractor licenses, Joe’s expertise underscores his commitment to elevating standards for building renovation and exterior restoration in Hawaii.

As a leader, Joe is deeply invested in shaping a supportive work culture that prioritizes employee well-being and growth. He leads the company’s efforts in culture and people development, with a strong belief in its core values:

Central to Joe’s leadership is a desire to delight clients by exceeding expectations. Joe studied Business Management at the University of Texas and the University of Hawaii. He serves on the Board of Directors for Maui Divers and has held positions on various AOAO boards, as well as the boards of the Waikiki Community Center, Friends of Waikiki Aquarium, and Trinity Christian School. He is also a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) Hawaii Chapter, reflecting his commitment to professional growth and leadership within the community.

His pursuit of excellence is matched by a love for outdoor activities and personal fitness; he is a national champion swimmer who still swims competitively and enjoys surfing. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Joe’s personal values of integrity, respect, and hard work guide his life. He is a dedicated family man and a private person, balancing his professional achievements with a strong foundation in faith and family.
