As the Chief Operating Officer at Seal Masters of Hawaii and Elite Construction Services, Sarah oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient systems and processes are in place to support our team and our companies’ strategic goals. She works in close collaboration with the CEO and executive team to implement company initiatives. With over a decade of experience in the construction industry and a specialization in large-scale building renovations, Sarah brings a unique and much-needed perspective to construction management, prioritizing forgotten aspects of the industry, such as creating a positive and inclusive culture within our company.

Since joining the companies in 2014, Sarah has advanced through roles as Estimator, Project Manager, Director of Business Development, and Director of Operations, providing her with a well-rounded foundation for her current leadership role as COO. She believes in maximizing productivity by aligning individuals' natural strengths toward shared objectives. Known for her talent in rallying teams around meaningful projects, Sarah approaches every challenge with a results-driven mindset and a commitment to meet high standards.

Sarah is deeply committed to the success of every client and project, understanding that each one represents a unique vision and purpose. She believes the client’s experience is paramount and works tirelessly to ensure that each project exceeds expectations. By fostering open communication and trust with clients, she ensures that their needs are fully understood and incorporated into every phase of the project, from initial planning to completion. Sarah's focus is on delivering high-quality projects while creating a positive experience for everyone involved.

Her professional interests include active involvement in the COO Alliance, where she continues to hone her skills in uniting and motivating teams for excellence.

Raised in a small farm town outside St. Louis, Missouri, Sarah learned the importance of hard work and simplicity early on. After relocating to Hawaii in 2013, she has made Hawaii her home, raising twin boys and a daughter, all avid in sports. Sarah and her family enjoy spending weekends on the field or in the ocean, embracing the unique lifestyle Hawaii offers.
