Sean Richardson is a Business Development Executive and a key member of the executive team, with over 30 years in the construction industry. Sean brings a comprehensive skill set that includes expertise in roofing, electrical, carpentry, plaster, sound attenuation, plumbing, concrete repairs, painting, windows, and railings. Beginning his career as an apprentice, Sean’s dedication and hard work led him through roles as a journeyman, foreman, project manager, and vice president.

Throughout his career, Sean has successfully managed large-scale projects across all major Hawaiian islands, combining practical expertise with a passion for delivering high-quality results. Known for his commitment to long-term client relationships, he prioritizes solutions that are both cost-efficient and impactful, ensuring value for his clients and their communities.

Sean is also valued for his encouragement and support of the team, consistently upholding the company’s core values, and fostering a collaborative, motivated work environment.

Born and raised in Hawaii, Sean has a deep appreciation for the cultural values and family relationships that shape his home. In his free time, he enjoys spending time in the ocean, being with his ‘ohana, and connecting with Hawaii’s natural beauty.
