Our Team

Kim Piercy is the Director of Preconstruction for Seal Masters of Hawaii and Elite Construction Services, with over 7 years of experience in the construction industry. She began her career as an Executive Assistant and has advanced through various roles, including Project Coordinator, Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, and currently leads the preconstruction department for both companies.

In her current role, Kim oversees all phases of project initiation, from contracting and permitting to submittals, scheduling, manpower, and materials procurement. She collaborates closely with the Project Coordinators and Project Managers to ensure a seamless transition from sales to operations. Kim is dedicated to continuous professional development and actively seeks innovative strategies to enhance processes and improve client experiences.

Kim has a diverse background, holding bachelor's degrees in Criminology, Law & Society and Social Ecology. Her professional journey spans multiple industries, with 20 years of experience in customer service, including food service, retail, marketing, sales, and management. Additionally, she has been a committed volunteer supporting survivors of sexual assault and human trafficking with CSP Sexual Assault Victim Services (SAVS) and the Orange County Human Trafficking Task Force (OCHTTF). In these roles, she served as an on-call victim advocate, interpreter, and coordinator for large-scale fundraising and awareness events. Despite moving away from these organizations, Kim continues to support OCHTTF from afar by assisting with administrative improvements to enhance organizational efficiency.

In her free time, Kim enjoys spending quality time with her husband, their two sons, and two dogs. She also loves exploring new cuisines, traveling, and reading.
