Joseph Santos is the Senior Project Manager at Seal Masters of Hawaii and Elite Construction Services, where he is responsible for the successful delivery of projects across the organization. A distinguished U.S. Navy veteran with 21 years of service, Joseph brings a wealth of experience from the military, healthcare, and aviation sectors to his role in the construction industry.

Since joining Seal Masters of Hawaii and its affiliated companies, Joseph has been instrumental in strengthening the organization’s leadership in commercial renovation. His extensive project management expertise and strong leadership consistently ensure the delivery of large-scale projects, meeting stringent deadlines and budgets while maintaining high-quality standards, team cohesiveness, and client delight.

As a certified Franklin Covey Process Coach and Lean Six Sigma Champion, Joseph has leveraged these methodologies to drive efficiency and streamline processes, resulting in optimal team performance and client satisfaction. His ability to lead diverse teams, collaborate effectively with subcontractors, and navigate complex regulatory landscapes has solidified his reputation as a trusted leader in the commercial building industry.

Joseph holds a Master of Business Administration from Chaminade University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). His educational background and hands-on experience enable him to drive innovation and excellence in every project he undertakes.

Residing in Waimanalo, Hawaii, Joseph is a proud father of two, who excel in music and hula. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, surfing, playing the ukulele, and canoe paddling with his family.
